I care deeply about creating work that feels safe, ethical, thoughtful and transparent — particularly in areas involving neurodivergence, mental health, physical health, family systems and lived experience.
The information below outlines how I work, the professional standards I follow, and the policies that support my practice. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at hello@pippamunk.com.

Much of my work involves conversations around vulnerability, neurodivergence, mental health, family experiences and healthcare systems.
While I do not provide crisis services or emergency support, safeguarding and ethical practice are central to the way I work.
If concerns arise relating to the safety or wellbeing of a child or vulnerable adult during the course of work, I may need to seek appropriate advice or share information with relevant services where there is a legal or ethical duty to do so.
I aim to approach all safeguarding concerns with care, compassion, professionalism and respect.
-
I work across consultancy, training, speaking and coaching-informed support.
Although I am an NMC-registered nurse with extensive clinical and service leadership experience, services provided through this website do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, therapy, crisis intervention or emergency mental health support unless explicitly agreed within a separate clinical contract.
My work is designed to support understanding, reflection, systems thinking, communication, professional development and practical approaches to complexity.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical, therapeutic or emergency support where needed.I work across consultancy, training, speaking and coaching-informed support.
