Do life and work feel harder than they should?

Coaching, consultancy, and training exploring what happens when work, life, health, human behaviour and neurodivergence overlap.

Life doesn't happen in silos. The challenges we face are rarely isolated ones, and it's often where these experiences overlap that people, families, teams and organisations encounter both their greatest challenges and their greatest opportunities for change.

Let's talk

Life doesn’t happen in neat categories.

Neurodivergence affects health. Health affects work. Work affects relationships. Caring responsibilities affect wellbeing. The environments we exist within - at home, at work and in our communities - shape how we experience all of these things.

Yet we often approach them separately.

This is where my work sits: helping people, families, teams and organisations understand what happens when these experiences overlap. Then working out how to actually move forward.

For individuals

Does this sound familiar?

  • Life or work feels harder than it should. You push through, you cope, you manage. But it takes more out of you than it seems to take out of everyone else, and you're not sure why.

  • You're exhausted, overwhelmed or stuck. Not the kind of tired that a good night's sleep fixes. The kind that comes from years of running at the world on settings that were never built for you.

  • You're juggling too many competing demands. Work, family, health, the people who rely on you. Everything gets a piece of you, and there's rarely much left over for yourself.

  • You're navigating neurodiversity, health challenges, caring responsibilities or multiple overlapping demands. Often more than one at once, often without a name for it. There are an estimated 2.5 million neurodivergent adults in the UK who have never been diagnosed, living without the self-understanding that comes with it.

  • You've lost confidence or direction. Somewhere along the way the sense of who you are and where you're going got quieter, and you'd like it back.

  • You know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. That feeling is usually the beginning, not the problem.

I help you make sense of what's happening and find a sustainable way forward.

For organisations

Are you noticing some of these tensions?

  • You're trying to balance supporting individuals with the realities of organisational life.

  • Managers want to help, but don't always feel equipped to navigate increasingly diverse needs.

  • Good intentions don't always translate into people's lived experiences.

  • Neurodiversity, health and life circumstances can still feel difficult to talk about confidently.

  • You know diverse perspectives are a strength, but aren't always sure how to create environments where everyone can contribute fully.

  • You want wellbeing, inclusion and performance to work together rather than compete with one another

I help organisations better understand the increasingly complex realities their people are navigating and create practical, sustainable ways forward that work for both individuals and organisations.

How I help

  1. Make sense

Understand what is really happening beneath the surface.

2. See the whole picture

Explore how health, neurodivergence, stress, relationships, environments and expectations interact.

3. Find a way forward

Create practical, sustainable changes that fit the person, the context and real life.

What I offer

1:1 coaching and support for people navigating complexity, change and the often-overlapping challenges of work, health, neurodiversity and life.

Supporting organisations to balance the needs of their people with the realities of organisational life, reducing unnecessary struggle and creating environments where everyone can flourish.
